Everything is home-made, and hand decorated using various techniques & products like buttercream, fondant, gum-paste, royal icing, sculpting, airbrushing, and hand painting.

Hi, I’m Christina!
Born & raised in New York, I became a Certified Pastry Chef in 2016 and established my business in 2018.
I have been baking for as long as I can remember. Growing up, there would be times I would stay up watching Food Network, or make my family watch ‘Baking Championship’ with me. I would always ask my dad to pick up random ingredients from the store, or I’d tag along and rack up the grocery bill. Somehow persuading my mom to let me use the oven, I started insisting on making my own desserts for my birthday. I would then bring in baked goods to school for my friends & teachers, and I would ALWAYS make something for the band concert bake sales.
I have to give it up to my band teachers, Mr. Rand & Mr. Sowul. You know those teachers that you couldn’t have done it with out them? Yea…that’s them, I mean shoot they wrote my college recommendations for crying out loud.
And while I did get my degree in Baking & Pastry Arts, all of my decorating skills are actually self taught and have been carefully crafted over the years. I like to think since my sister, Rosana, is such an amazing artist & I’ve spent all these years looking up to her and her talent, that it has pushed me to finding my niche and never giving up on my passion.

I’m a storyteller, and I believe it is one of my greatest qualities, the detail that goes into painting a perfect picture with words, its magic.
Imagine being that little kid again in the bakeshop, eyes wide, staring at a rainbow sprinkle cookie bigger than your head. Getting your fingerprints all over the case, standing so close if you got any closer your face would be smushed against the glass.
That’s what I’m here to do. To bring you back to a place of childlike wonder & magic, by telling a story through Sweets & Treats. If you made it this far, Thank You.
